From the stud, a single white gold chain link connects to a tear-drop diamond. From there, a horizontal oval shape design with round mixed color sapphires and clear and black diamonds of varying sizes. Spikes of yellow gold extend outwards below the oval, with an extra-long spike extending straight down. Spikes are intercut with 6 round brilliant cut diamonds.
